That with respect to Report CPC2025-0589, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council: Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the amendment to the Ramsay Area Redevelopment Plan (Attachment 2); and Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.33 hectares ± (0.82 acres ±) located at 1016, 1018, 1020, 1022, 1024 and 1026 8 Street SE (Plan A2, Block 15, lots 11 to 17) from Residential Grade-Oriented Infill (R-CG) District to Housing Grade Oriented (H-GO) District.
