That with respect to Report IGA2024-0267, the following be approved, after amendment: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council: Approve, in principle, the wastewater servicing request by The Town of Cochrane in their letter dated 2024 February 1, and direct Administration to commence Master Servicing Agreement negotiations based on the proposed service area; and Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) and 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
