That with respect to Report CPC2026-0442, the following be approved, after amendment: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.15 hectares ± (0.37 acres ±) located at 1336 and 1340 9 Avenue SE (Plan A3, Block 7, Lots 17 to 19 and Lot A) from Direct Control (DC) District to Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate retention of a heritage building and mixed use redevelopment around it, with guidelines (Revised Attachment 2).
