That with respect to Report C2026-0031, the following be adopted, after amendment: That Council: Receive this report and attachments for the Corporate Record; Direct that Attachment 1 be held confidential pursuant to Section 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, to be released no later than 2029 January 21; Direct the distributed documents Councils 2027-2030 Strategic Priorities Focus Areas and Revised Attachment 3 be received for the Corporate Record; Direct the distributed documents Confidential Document 1, Confidential Document 2, and Confidential Document 3 be kept confidential pursuant to Section 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, to be reviewed by 2029 January 21; and Notwithstanding #4, distributed documents Confidential Document 1, Confidential Document 2 and Confidential Document 3 be released to the Executive Leadership Team, to be further shared with Administration only where required to support the next steps of the development of Councils Strategic Direction for the Next Cycle (2027-2030).
