That with respect to Report CPC2022-0701, the following be approved: That the Calgary Planning Commission recommend that DP2021-1502 be referred to Administration for further considerations of the following: The relaxations granted specifically related to building height and cross section; The height of the ancillary structure; The relaxations granted specific to landscaping and parcel coverage; and Consultation with the Community Association and community stakeholders and report back to the Calgary Planning Commission for a decision no later than Q2 2023. ;
