That with respect to Report CPC2025-0512, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.98 hectares ± (2.42 acres ±) located at 1706 Westmount Boulevard NW (Plan 5151O, Block 34, Lots 1 to 20) from Direct Control District to Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate multi-residential development, with guidelines (Attachment 3).
