That with respect to Report C2026-0594, the following be adopted, after amendment: That Council: 1. Appoint the individual recommended in Confidential Attachment 2a as a Public Member of the Assessment Review Board for the completion of a term to expire on 2026 December 31; 2. Appoint the individual recommended in Confidential Attachment 3a as a Public Member of the Calgary Planning Commission for the completion of a term to expire on 2027 December 31; 3. Acknowledge the late Joy Stubers service to the Assessment Review Board; 4. Thank Public Members Chris Hardwicke, Shane Moore and Laura Sullivan for their service on Boards, Commissions and Committees; 5. Direct that Public Member appointments be released publicly following the notification of appointees by the City Clerk's Office; and 6. Direct that Confidential Attachments 2a, 2b, 3a and 3b remain confidential pursuant to Sections 20 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 22 (Confidential evaluations) of the Access to Information Act, not to be released.
