That with respect to Report CPC2026-0071, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council: Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the amendment to the Southeast Industrial Area Structure Plan (Attachment 2); and Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 7.37 hectares ± (18.21 acres ±) located at 6020 94 Avenue SE (Plan 2511257, Block 1, Lot 23) from Direct Control (DC) District to Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate an additional use of Materials Recycling Facility, with guidelines (Attachment 3).
