That with respect to Report CPC2025-0924, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council: Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the amendments to the Beltline Area Redevelopment Plan (Attachment 2); and Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.23 hectares ± (0.56 acres ±) located at 532 and 534 17 Avenue SW (Plan A1, Block 107, Lots 38 to 43 and a portion of Lot 37) from Commercial Corridor 1 f3.0h23 (C-COR1f3.0h23) District to Commercial Corridor 1 f4.0h24 (C-COR1f4.0h24) District.
