That with respect to Report CPC2025-0204, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.91 hectares ± (2.25 acres ±) located at 5495 61 Avenue SE (Plan 1311314, Block 6, Lot 4) from Industrial General (I-G) District to Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate a Temporary Shelter, with guidelines (Attachment 2).
