That with respect to Report C2026-0743, the following be adopted, after amendment: That Council: 1. Confirm and approve Administration member nominations as set out in Attachment 2 and Council member nominations, for appointment to the boards of directors of The Citys wholly-owned subsidiaries, and remove any directors who will no longer serve on the board of directors (if applicable), as follows, for terms to expire at the 2027 Organizational Meeting of Council, unless otherwise indicated below: Attainable Homes Calgary Corporation Mayor Farkas Councillor Atkinson Calgary Arts Development Authority Councillor Clark Calgary Economic Development Ltd. Mayor Farkas Councillor Pantazopoulos Calgary Municipal Land Corporation Mayor Farkas Councillor Kelly Councillor Ward Opportunity Calgary Investment Fund Mayor Farkas Councillor Pantazopoulos 1. Pursuant to Recommendation #1, authorize the Mayor, or in the Mayors absence, the Deputy Mayor, to execute a written resolution of the shareholder of six of The Citys wholly-owned subsidiaries appointing the Council and Administration nominees for the terms specified by Council to each subsidiarys respective board of directors and removing any directors who will no longer serve on the board of directors (if applicable).
