That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report AC2026-0140, the following be approved: That the Audit Committee: Approve the City Auditors 2025 performance evaluation as contained in the confidential distributed document; Forward the confidential performance evaluation to Council for information and the Corporate Record; and Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions and confidential distributed document remain confidential pursuant to Sections 20 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy), 22 (Confidential evaluations) and 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, not to be released.
