That with respect to Report C2026-0795, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Designate the Candidate identified in Confidential Attachment 2 as the General Chair of the Calgary Assessment Review Board for 2027, effective 2027 January 01; 2. Direct that the Designation of the General Chair of the Calgary Assessment Review Board be released publicly following notification of the Appointee by the City Clerk's Office, no later than end of day Friday, 2026 October 23; and 3. Direct that Confidential Attachment 2 and Closed Meeting discussions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 20 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 22 (Confidential evaluations) of the Access to Information Act.
