Direct the Executive Advisor to work with the Chair of Audit on continuous improvement of the Audit Committee as required; and 2. Keep the Confidential Report, Confidential Attachment, and Closed Meeting discussions confidential pursuant to Sections 22 (Confidential evaluations) and 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, to be reviewed by 2041 June 11.
