That with respect to Revised Report CPC2023-0694, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.05 hectares ± (0.12 acres ±) located at 252 19 Avenue NE (Plan 1367O, Block 2, Lot 26 and a portion of Lot 27) from Residential Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Multi-Residential Contextual Grade-Oriented (M-CGd85) District.
