That with respect to Revised Report CPC2024-0324, the following be approved, after amendment: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for redesignation of 1.48 hectares ± (3.66 acres ±) located at 820 59 Avenue SE (Plan 8311705, Block 4, Lot 2) from Industrial General (I-G) District to Industrial Business f1.0h18 (I-Bf1.0h18) District.
