Resolution
That with respect to Report CPC2026-0573, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission: 1. Forward this report (CPC2026-0573) to the 2026 July 21 Public Hearing Meeting of Council; and That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council: 1. Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the amendment to the Saddle Ridge Area Structure Plan (Attachment 2); 2. Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 4.50 hectares ± (11.11 acres ±) located at 3699 63 Avenue NE (Plan 0511592, Block 7, Lot 1) from Direct Control (DC) District to Direct Control (DC) District, to accommodate school and school-related uses, with guidelines (Attachment 3); and 3. Direct Administration to apply to The Province of Alberta, formally the Minister of Municipal Affairs, for an amendment to the Calgary International Airport Vicinity Protection Area Regulation (AVPA) to permit a school use in the building located at 3699 63 Avenue NE.
