That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report IGA2026-0597, the following be approved: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council: 1. Adopt Confidential Recommendation 1 contained in the Confidential Presentation; and 2. Direct that Closed Meeting discussions, presentation, distribution, and recommendations, remain confidential pursuant to Sections 26 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations), and 29 (Advice from officials), of the Access to Information Act, to be reviewed by 2036 June 18.
