That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report IGA2026-0107, the following be approved: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council: Receive the confidential presentation for the Corporate Record; and Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions and confidential presentation be held confidential pursuant to Sections 26 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) and 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, to be reviewed by 2036 March 12.
