That with respect to Report CPC2024-1216, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.85 hectares ± (2.10 acres ±) at 151 Skyview Bay NE (Plan 2411524, Block 38, Lots 7 and 8) from Direct Control (DC) District to Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate the additional use of Instructional Facility, with guidelines (Attachment 2).
