That with respect to Notice of Motion EC2026-0858, the following be adopted: BE IT RESOLVED that Council direct the Administration to develop a single, publicly accessible and searchable webpage or online dashboard on Calgary.ca for a list of executed and active competitive City procurement contracts, and report back to the Executive Committee by Q2 2027 with an implementation plan that considers: a. including a list of executed and active competitive procurement contracts above the Citys applicable procurement thresholds, with the exception of confidential procurements; b. publishing, where available: 1. the procurement or contract title; 2. the successful supplier; 3. the award value; 4. the number of bids received; and 5. the contract execution date; c. publishing information only after the contract has been awarded and executed; d. protecting confidential, proprietary and commercially sensitive information; e. for standing offers and similar arrangements, publishing the successful suppliers and available award information without requiring The City to manually report every individual work release; f. allowing users to search or filter the information by supplier, procurement type and date, where feasible; g. using existing City procurement data, reporting tools and automation wherever possible to minimize additional administrative work.
