That with respect to Notice of Motion C2026-0185, the following be adopted: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council, notwithstanding section 5.18 of the Council Policy on Governance and Appointments of Boards, Commissions and Committees, appoint the applicant named in Confidential Attachment 1 as a Public Member of Audit Committee, for the completion of a term to expire at the 2027 Organizational Meeting of Council; AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that Council direct that the public member appointment to Audit Committee be released publicly following applicant notification, no later than end of day, 2026 March 2; AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that Council direct that Attachment 1 be kept confidential pursuant to Section 20 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) of the Access to Information Act, not to be released. ;
