That with respect to Report CPC2024-0086, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.04 hectares ± (0.10 acres ±) located at 940 Mahogany Boulevard SE (Plan 1811735, Block 93, Lot 1) from Residential Low Density Multiple Dwelling (R-2M) District to Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate a Child Care Service, with guidelines (Attachment 2).
