That with respect to Report CPC2026-0846, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council: Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 1.14 hectares ± (2.82 acres) at 63 Corner Glen Crescent NE (Condominium Plan 2511614, Units 68 to 456) from Multi-Residential Medium Profile Support Commercial (M-X2) District to Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate the additional use of DC Health Care Service, with guidelines (Attachment 2).
