That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report AC2026-0695, the following be approved: That Audit Committee: 1. Endorse the draft City Auditor's Office 2027-2030 Service Plan and Budget; 2. Recommend Council approval at the 2027-2030 Service Plans and Budgets Meeting to be held on 2026 November 23; and 3. Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions and Confidential Distribution remain confidential pursuant to Section 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, with the Confidential Distribution to be reviewed by November 23, 2026.
