That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report IGA2024-0429, the following be approved, after amendment: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee forward this Report to the 2024 April 9 Public Hearing Meeting of Council. That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council: Receive the confidential presentation IGA2024-0429 for the Corporate Record; and Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions and confidential presentation remain confidential pursuant to Sections 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) and 24 (Advice from officials) of the ;Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, ;to be reviewed by 2026 March 31.
