Resolution
That with respect to Report CPC2026-0861, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission: 1. As the Council-designated Approving Authority, approve the proposed outline plan located at 310 210 Avenue SW (15-22-1-W5M; Legal Subdivisions 2 and 7) to subdivide 22.60 hectares ± (55.83 acres ±) with conditions (Attachment 2). That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council: 1. Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for an amendment to the West Macleod Area Structure Plan (Attachment 8); and 2. Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 17.71 hectares ± (43.76 acres ±) located at 310 210 Avenue SW (portion of Section 15-22-1-W5M; Legal Subdivisions 2 and 7) from Direct Control (DC) District, Multi-Residential Low Profile (M-1) District, Multi-Residential Medium Profile (M-2) District, Multi-Residential High Density Low Rise (M-H1) District, Mixed Use General (MU-1f3.5h20) District, Mixed Use General (MU-1f3.5h26) District, Mixed Use Active Frontage (MU-2f4.0h56) District and Special Purpose School, Park and Community Reserve (S-SPR) District to Multi-Residential Low Profile (M-1) District, Mixed Use General (MU-1f3.5h26) District, Mixed Use General (MU-1f4.0h56) District, Mixed Use Active Frontage (MU-2f4.0h56) District, Special Purpose School, Park and Community Reserve (S-SPR) District and Special Purpose City and Regional Infrastructure (S-CRI) District.
