That with respect to Report CPC2025-0932, the following be approved, after amendment: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.84 hectares ± (2.07 acres ±) located at 21410 40 Street SE (Portion of Plan 2210445, Block 1, Lot 2) from Residential Low Density Mixed Housing (R-Gm) District to Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate low density residential development with reduced parcel sizes, with guidelines (Revised Attachment 2).
