That with respect to Confidential Report IGA2026-0800, the following be approved, after amendment: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council: 1. Approve an amendment to Schedule A (Service Area) of the Rocky View County Wastewater Master Servicing Agreement to include the Renfrew Educational Services development site, and direct Administration to amend the Rocky View County Wastewater Master Servicing Agreement; 2. Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions, cover report and Attachments 1 to 4 be kept confidential pursuant to Sections 26 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) and 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, to be reviewed by 2036 September 2; and 3. Notwithstanding Recommendation 2, publicly release Attachment 4 once Council approves Recommendation 1.
