That pursuant to Section 7 of Procedure Bylaw 42M2025, Council suspend Section 80(c) and replace it with the following procedure for the duration of the 2026 January 7 Special Meeting of Council: (c) questions of clarification from Members to Administration, representatives of Council Committees, BCCs, or other individuals invited to support Administrations introduction of the item. There is no limit for questions of clarification;
