That with respect to Report CPC2023-0502, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council: Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 4.85 hectares ± (11.98 acres ±) located at 2705R 84 Street NE (Plan 8411222, portion of Block 1) from Special Purpose Future Urban Development (S-FUD) District to Special Purpose Urban Nature (S-UN) District and Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate an asphalt, aggregate and concrete plant, with guidelines (Attachment 2).
