That pursuant to Sections 20 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy), 29 (Advice from officials), and 30 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Access to Information Act, Committee move into Closed Meeting, at 11:12 a.m. on 2025 September 12 in the Engineering Traditions Committee Room, to discuss confidential matters with respect to the following Items: 7.5 Calgary Housing 2024 Annual Report, AC2025-0297 10.1.1 External Auditor (Verbal), AC2025-0782 10.1.2 Audit Forum (Verbal), AC2025-0783 10.1.3 City Auditor (Verbal), AC2025-0784 And further, that the following be authorized to attend the Closed Meeting with respect to Items 7.5 and 10.1.1: Anna Nelson and Adam Rock (Calgary Housing), Harman Gill, Sanjeev Rajani, Gabriella Greensill, and Nicole Torgrimson, External Auditors (Deloitte LLP).
