That with respect to Report EC2026-0118, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 6M2026 to delegate authority under the Historical Resources Act (Attachment 2); and 2. Revoke all previous delegations of power and appointments authorizing certain individuals under sections 26(2), 26(6), 26(7), and 29(1)(b) of the Historical Resources Act.
