Resolution
That with respect to Report CPC2025-1024, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council: Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the amendments to the East Village Area Redevelopment Plan (Attachment 2); and Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.41 hectares ± (1.01 acres ±) located at 501, 505, 509, 511, 515, 517, 519, 521, and 527 8 Avenue SE (Plan A; Block 58; Lots 1 to 14) from Centre City East Village Integrated Residential District (CC-EIR) and Centre City East Village Primarily Residential District (CC-EPR) to Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate mixed-use development, with guidelines (Attachment 3).
