That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report AC2025-0977, the following be approved: That the Audit Committee: Appoint the following members to the City Auditors Performance Evaluation Working Group: Public Member Kim Councillor Wyness Councillor Jamieson Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 20 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy), 22 (Confidential evaluations), and 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act.
