That with respect to Report CPC2026-0462, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council: 1. Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the amendments to the Beltline Area Redevelopment Plan (Attachment 2); and 2. Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.07 hectares ± (0.16 acres ±) located at 1313 Centre Street SW (Plan SC, Block 100, Lots 19 and 20) from Direct Control (DC) District to Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate mixed-used development through conservation of a municipal historic resource, with guidelines (Attachment 3).
