That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report C2026-0957, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Adopt Confidential Recommendations 1 through 3; 2. Direct that Recommendation 1 remain confidential pursuant to Sections 20 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy), 22 (Confidential evaluations), and 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, pending a public announcement by the Mayor; and 3. Direct that Closed Meeting discussions, the document received for the Corporate Record, and Recommendations 2 and 3 remain confidential pursuant to Sections 20 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy), 22 (Confidential evaluations) and 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, not to be released.
