That with respect to Report CPC2024-0615, the following be approved: That the Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council: Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the amendments to the Springbank Hill Area Structure Plan (Attachment 2); and Give three reading to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 1.91 hectares ± (4.72 acres ±) at 7755 17 Avenue SW (Plan 2420AK, portions of Blocks 25 and 26) from Direct Control (DC) District to Special Purpose City and Regional Infrastructure (S-CRI) District and Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate mixed use development, with guidelines (Attachment 3).
