That with respect to Report C2026-0125, the following be adopted, after amendment: That Council: Receive this report and attachments for the Corporate Record; Direct that confidential Attachment 1 be held confidential pursuant to Section 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, to be released no later than 2029 February 10; Direct the distributed document 2027-2030 Priority Setting and Budget Process Overview be received for the Corporate Record; Direct the distributed document Document 1 be kept confidential pursuant to Section 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, to be reviewed by 2029 February 10; and Notwithstanding #4, distributed document Document 1 be released to the Executive Leadership Team, to be further shared with Administration only where required to support the next steps of the development of Councils Strategic Direction for the Next Cycle (2027-2030).
