That with respect to Report CPC2026-0143, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.31 hectares ± (0.76 acres ±) located at 1202, 1204, 1206, 1210, 1212, 1214, 1218 and 1220 5 Avenue NW (Plan 5609J, Block S, Lots 1 to 10) from Direct Control (DC) District to Multi-Residential High Density High Rise (M-H3f6.0h40) District.
