Resolution
That with respect to Report CPC2026-0811, the following be approved, after amendment: That Calgary Planning Commission: 1. Forward this report (CPC2026-0811) to the 2026 November 9 Public Hearing Meeting of Council; That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council: 1. Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the amendment to the East Springbank Area Structure Plan (Attachment 2); and 2. Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 1.18 hectares ± (2.92. acres ±) located at 7412 and 7480 17 Avenue SW (Plan 1144AC, Block B, a portion of Lot 1; Plan 5767GG, Block B, Lot 15) from Direct Control (DC) District and Residential One Dwelling (R-1) District to Special Purpose School, Park and Community Reserve (S-SPR) District and Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate multi-residential development, with guidelines (Revised Attachment 3).
