That with respect to Notice of Motion EC2026-0124, the following be adopted: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council direct Administration to come back to Council, through Executive Committee, no later than June 2026, and provide a proposed stable renewal funding mechanism (e.g. an infrastructure improvement fee, levy or other funding mechanism) to address the Citys immediate infrastructure funding deficit and support predictable, long-term renewal and risk reduction across Calgarys infrastructure assets, as identified in the Q1/Q2 2026 asset conditions, risk and capital needs reporting.
