That with respect to Report C2026-0374, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Direct Administration to incorporate the following changes to the Office of the Councillors and Ward Budget into the proposed 2027-2030 Business Plans and Budgets, as set out in Attachment 2: a. Increase the Ward Budget by 20% in 2027; b. Increase the Office of the Councillors Budget by 9.6%, and the Council Services Budget by $133,000, in 2027; and c. Increase the Ward Budget and the Office of the Councillors Budget annually from 2027 to 2030 to adjust for inflation. 2. Direct that Confidential Attachment 5 be held confidential pursuant to Section 30 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Access to Information Act, to be reviewed by 2036 July 28.
