That with respect to Report CPC2026-0728, the following be approved, as amended: That Calgary Planning Commission: 1. Forward this report (CPC2026-0728) to the 2026 September 15 Public Hearing of Council; 2. As the Council-designated Approving Authority, approve the proposed outline plan located at 15350 6 Street NE and 15375 15 Street NE (Portion of NW1/4 Section 2-26-1-5; Portion of NE1/4 Section 2-26-1-5) to subdivide 100.50 hectares ± (248.33 acres ±) with conditions (Revised Attachment 2, as amended); and That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council: 1. Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 100.50 hectares ± (248.33 acres ±) located at 15350 6 Street NE and 15375 15 Street NE (Portion of NW1/4 Section 2-26-1-5; Portion of NE1/4 Section 2-26-1-5) from Special Purpose Future Urban Development (S-FUD) District to Residential Low Density Mixed Housing (R-G) District, Residential Low Density Mixed Housing (R-Gm) District, Multi-Residential At Grade Housing (M-G) District, Mixed Use General (MU-1f5.0h40) District, Special Purpose School, Park and Community Reserve (S-SPR) District, Special Purpose Community Service (S-CS) District, Special Purpose Urban Nature (S-UN) District, Special Purpose City and Regional Infrastructure (S-CRI) District and Special Purpose Recreation (S-R) District.
