That with respect to Report CPC2024-1062, the following be approved: That the Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council: Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the amendment to the Revised East McKenzie Area Structure Plan (Attachment 2); and Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.79 hectares ± (1.95 acres ±) located at 30 Copperpond Passage SE (Condominium Plan 2011698, Unit 1) from Direct Control (DC) District to Multi-Residential Low Profile (M-1) District.
