That with respect to Confidential Report AC2023-0935, the following be approved: That the Audit Committee: Recommends that Council approve Confidential Recommendations 1 and 2 contained in Report AC2023-0935 be approved; Recommends that Council direct this Report, Confidential Distribution, and the Closed Meeting discussions be held confidential pursuant to Sections 16 (Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party) and 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed by 2024 January 1; and That this report be forwarded without the Confidential Distribution to the Confidential Items; Items from Officers, Administration, and Committees category of the 2023 October 17 Regular Meeting of Council.
