That with respect to Confidential Report IGA2025-0823, the following be adopted: That Council: Adopt Confidential Recommendations 1-2 contained in the Confidential Report; Direct consideration of further budget requirement for the work in the prioritization of investments in future Service Plans and Budget; and Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions, presentation, recommendations, cover report and attachments remain confidential pursuant to Sections 26 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations), and 29 (Advice from officials), of ;the ;Access to Information Act, ;to be reviewed by 2035 September 4.
