That with respect to Report CPC2026-0204, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council refuse and abandon the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.06 hectares ± (0.14 acres ±) located at 1911 11 Street SW (Plan 179R, Block 43, Lot 7) from Direct Control (DC) District to Direct Control (DC) District to establish a maximum parcel width and minimum building setback, with guidelines (Attachment 2).
