That with respect to Report CPC2024-0496, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.29 hectares ± (0.72 acres ±) located at 6412, 6416, 6420, 6424 and 6428 Bowwood Drive NW (Plan 4610AJ, Block 21, Lots 3 to 7) from Multi-Residential Contextual Low Profile (M-C1) District to Housing Grade Oriented (H-GO) District.
