That with respect to Report CPC2023-0970, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 1.99 hectares ± (4.92 acres ±) located at #1000, #3000, #4000 and #5000, 2600 48 Avenue NE (Condominium Plan 2210879, Units 1 to 4; Condominium Plan 2210879, Common Property) from Direct Control (DC) District to Direct Control (DC) District to allow for the additional use of Place of Worship Small, with guidelines (Attachment 2).
